Before you look at what we do, the first thing we want you to know when you decide to trust us with your computer is our first priority is your Data. If you request a backup, we don't just back up what you can think of at the time, in a rush, we create an image of the entire hard drive (unless drive is dead or bad sectors prevent it) and hold that information on our backup drives for a few weeks in case you forgot about something and realize it later.
